- Conducting employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Managing payroll and compensation programs
- Providing advice and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters
- Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
- Conducting performance evaluations and managing employee performance
- Managing HR-related projects and initiatives
- Partnering with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on HR-related matters.
